Two Coast Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventive, and corrective work on a multifamily property in Birmingham, AL. With 2+ years in maintenance, you will handle HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks, respond to work orders, and collaborate with the property management team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality settings.
• Experience in HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance across the property.
• Respond to work orders promptly and prevent escalations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and support team members.
