Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance at a multifamily property. The role supports daily work orders, resident needs, and property upkeep to ensure safety and high appearance standards.

The position is full-time, onsite, with on-call duties including occasional weekends or holidays. Qualifications include 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work.
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
