Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance at our Westminster, CO property. The role supports resident needs, daily work orders, and property upkeep to ensure safety and appearance.

Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related tasks, with on-call coverage and a standard 8–5 schedule. Benefit from growth opportunities and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities
• Interact professionally with residents in homes and throughout the community
• Follow all safety policies to maintain a safe working and living environment
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed
