Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Onsite property in Birmingham, AL. This hands-on role performs routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC tasks to keep buildings safe and well-maintained.

You will respond to work orders, ensure resident areas remain clean and functional, and support the team with general upkeep while prioritizing safety and exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• Experience with HVAC, appliance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work.
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.
