Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations, teams, and business results across multiple cemetery and funeral home locations. This fully onsite role carries a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 with an incentive bonus plan tied to site performance.

The position requires regular onsite presence across locations and is not remote or hybrid. As a hands-on leader, you will drive profitability, lead a diverse team, and ensure service excellence for families we serve, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management and personnel supervision.
• Experience managing multiple departments and locations.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.
• Availability for holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic budgeting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage daily operations for a designated portfolio with P&L responsibility.
• Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and profit targets.
• Serve as the exemplar for customer service standards and issue resolution.
• Provide motivational leadership and develop teams within guidelines.
• Lead weekly managers meetings to review staffing, training, and plans.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain talent across locations.
• Conduct performance reviews and drive development plans.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships within budget.
• Ensure workplace health and safety compliance and standards.
• Procure necessary materials from approved vendors within budget.
