Paul Risk Construction is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead a 7-story, 114-unit multi-family development onsite in Audubon, PA. You will manage all phases from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating structural steel, precast plank, and MEPS with a tight-knit team.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Project, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and budget adherence.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-family or senior living construction projects.
• Hands-on experience working with structural steel framing and precast plank structural systems.
• Strong knowledge and field coordination with MEPS building systems.
• Proficiency with industry software including Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Project.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onsite project execution, controlling schedule milestones, safety protocols, and budgets.
• Lead structural steel framing and precast plank coordination across project phases.
• Coordinate MEPS installation and commissioning across trades.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subs to resolve constructability issues.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, shipments, and pay applications to maintain workflow.
• Utilize construction software to maintain schedules and progress tracking.
• Uphold integrity and doing the right thing on site.
