Job summary

Arc Building Partners seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead onsite operations for a multi-family construction project beginning this spring. The candidate will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and inspections to maintain schedule, budget, and quality across fast-paced commercial environments.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, manage multiple trades, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site. Frequent travel within the Philadelphia region is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of project management experience in commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use buildings.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, scopes of work, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to manage schedules and field operations with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with logistics and inspections on multi-trade sites.
• Disciplined budget and contract management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities and ensure safety, efficiency, and conformance to project specs.
• Develop and maintain short-term lookahead schedules aligned with the project timeline; monitor progress and address delays.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and field conditions to resolve constructability issues; ensure quality and cleanliness on site.
• Maintain accurate daily field reports, logs, and project documentation; communicate progress and manpower needs to the PM.
