Job summary

Paul Risk Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead a 7-story, 114-unit multi-family development in Audubon, PA. You will manage onsite activities from preconstruction through closeout, directing schedule milestones, safety, and budgets while coordinating structural steel, precast plank, and MEPS systems.

Based onsite from the job trailer, you will collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, review submittals and pay apps, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Led multi-family or senior living construction projects.
• Experience with structural steel framing and precast plank.
• Strong MEPS building systems knowledge and field coordination.
• Procore, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Project proficiency.
• Leadership in budgeting and trade scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite project execution, schedule milestones, safety, and budgets.
• Lead structural steel framing and precast plank coordination.
• Coordinate MEPS systems installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve constructability issues.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, shipments, and pay applications.
• Utilize construction software to maintain schedules and progress tracking.
• Uphold integrity and safety on the jobsite.
