Job summary

Homes by Dickerson Real Estate LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a licensed Onsite Sales Assistant to support senior onsite agents in model homes. You will welcome prospects, conduct showings, capture leads, and ensure a seamless handoff for contract conversion.

You will rotate across communities, cover scheduled days off, and maintain accurate buyer notes in CRM. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and calendars, are essential.

Qualifications

• Active NCDL license required.
• Customer-facing communication skills essential.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays based on community traffic.

Responsibilities

• Staff model homes during assigned hours with a service-forward approach.
• Greet visitors, conduct tours, and present product features and pricing guidance.
• Capture buyer information and qualify inquiries to drive follow-up.
• Enter leads in CRM and maintain timely follow-up with senior agent as primary contact for closing.
• Coordinate smooth handoffs to the senior onsite agent with complete notes and priorities.
