Job summary

DRB Enterprises LLC is seeking a sales-focused professional in Asheville, NC to drive new home sales and provide exceptional customer service. You will greet prospects, present model homes, discuss features, and guide buyers through site and plan selections.

You will pre-qualify customers, complete contracts, assist with loan applications, and coordinate with production to ensure timely construction and settlements. A realtor license and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales or equivalent experience (five years in home sales) or combination of education and work experience.
• Prior experience in new home sales.
• Licensed Realtor in states where required.
• Must have valid driver's license for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales/settlement quota.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Greet all prospective customers.
• Demonstrate model home and explain home features and benefits.
• Provide information about community and surrounding area.
• Keep model home site presentable and well maintained.
• Assist customers with site, plan, and structural option selections.
• Pre-qualify customers and complete contract worksheets.
• Prepare contracts, addenda, and color selections accurately.
• Assist with loan application and deposits per company requirements.
• Coordinate with production team for planning and execution of building.
• Follow up on loans and post-settlement activities.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Lead and direct Sales Associates/Assistants.
