Job summary

NVR, Inc. through Ryan Homes seeks a Sales Assistant to back our sales consultants and keep model homes presentation-ready in Raleigh, NC. You will engage visitors, assist with leads, and help with tours and events while expanding product and market knowledge.

The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and administrative tasks, with weekend availability and on-site duties at our model communities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or administrative experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning, organization, communication and administrative abilities.
• Available to work 5 days per week, including 3 weekends per month.
• Homebuilding or real estate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and prospective homebuyers to assess needs and provide a great experience.
• Prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting to support sales goals.
• Assist with model home presentations, tours, and showcasing features.
• Develop knowledge of local markets, competitors, and homebuying trends.
• Participate in sales meetings, marketing initiatives, and events.
• Maintain model homes to presentation standards.
• Backup support for sales team and assist buyers and prospects.
• Complete required training and expand product and market knowledge.
• Perform sales office admin duties including appointment coordination and reporting.
