Job summary

• 1–2 years of mobility helpdesk or first-line technical service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line support to ensure tickets meet SLA.
• Respond to calls, emails, and manage ticket queue.
• Device setup, synchronization, and operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
