WSP USA is seeking a Mining Construction Administrative Assistant to provide onsite administrative support, document control, and coordination on a large mining EPCM project. This full-time onsite role offers travel per diem for non-local candidates, with a preference for those in Nevada, Utah, or near major mining sites.

You will handle onboarding, travel planning, expense reporting, fleet cooperation, and document control while collaborating with site services and construction management to

Competenze

• 7+ years of onsite admin experience on large-scale construction projects.
• MSHA 48B Surface is required.
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office).
• Ability to walk distances on uneven sites and work in active construction environments.
• Must pass drug test and background check; satisfactory driving record.

Mansioni

• Support project administrative, document control, and coordination functions for the EPCM site team.
• Assist with onboarding and travel planning; track equipment and training signoffs; help manage expense reports.
• Coordinate fleet management and vehicle upkeep for the site.
• Contribute to document control processes and implement controls across site personnel.
• Track daily field reports, time, and project-related materials and equipment.
• Assist with provisioning for temporary facilities (supplies, water, etc.).
• Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
