WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Civil Concrete Construction Coordinator to oversee onsite civil and concrete construction activities for a large mining EPCM project.

This full-time onsite role is based in the United States with preferred locations in Nevada, Utah, Alaska or near major mining sites. The successful candidate will coordinate with engineering, procurement and project controls to ensure safe, efficient field execution, manage contractors and field teams, and adhere to regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field (or equivalent).
• 10+ years in large-scale heavy civil construction, concrete pours, or mining infrastructure.
• Hands-on construction management experience in active mining settings.
• Commitment to safety; MSHA 48B Surface required.
• Experience translating construction plans to scope, schedule and cost.
• Strong communication, problem solving and decision-making; proficient in MS Office.
• Able to walk distances on uneven sites and operate in active construction environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide construction oversight for civil, earthworks and large concrete elements, ensuring design alignment with specs and regulatory standards.
• Manage contractors and field teams with safety, cost, schedule, and quality oversight.
• Serve as interface between contractors, engineering, procurement and project controls for clear communication and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with design engineers, geotechnical teams and stakeholders to support constructability and field modifications.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure on-site health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Support procurement and field implementation of key materials and systems.
• Adhere to company code of conduct in all decisions and actions.
