Job summary

You will execute onboarding, data changes, payroll-related changes, I-9 verification, and employment documentation, while collaborating with HR partners to deliver responsive service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Experience in Human Resources or People Operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and data changes.
• Process employee transactions in Workday and other HR systems.
• Manage employee cases from intake through resolution with timely updates.
• Maintain accurate employee records to support compliance and service quality.
• Handle offer letters and employment documentation for new hires.
• Initiate and monitor background checks and I-9 verification.
• Answer routine HR policy questions and collaborate with HR partners.
