United Way Miami, Inc. is hiring an Administrator, People & Engagement to join our team. As an Administrator, People & Engagement, you will provide administrative and operational support across multiple People & Engagement (P&E) functions, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of human resources services and a positive employee experience. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, records management, and general departmental operations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and customer service.

Training & Development Support: Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees. Maintain employee training records and certifications. Support organizational learning and development initiatives.
Associate degree in HR or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
At least one year of experience in Human Resources or related office/administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive). Knowledge of modern web browsers.
Other Essential Knowledge/Skills: Typing, online filing, and proofreading skills. Must be detail-oriented and work with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality; able to multitask and prioritize a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment to meet stringent deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication, customer service skills, and time management skills required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
