Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR/Business Administration.
• Experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS, Payroll, Recruiting Operations, or related.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate employee data and documentation.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, data changes, compensation and job changes, I-9, documentation, terminations).
• Process employee transactions accurately within Workday and other HR systems.
• Manage cases from intake to resolution with timely updates to employees and stakeholders.
• Maintain case documentation and records for visibility, continuity, and compliance.
• Process offer letters and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Initiate and monitor background check screenings and escalate as needed.
• Support I-9 and employment eligibility verification processes.
• Respond to routine questions regarding HR policies, programs, and systems.
• Collaborate with HR partners and Payroll to resolve employee inquiries.
• Run reports to support People Operations, audits, data validation and business requests.
• Perform data quality checks and identify discrepancies across HR systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate processes.
• Educate employees on HR platforms and self-service tools.
• Assist with testing and adoption of new HR processes and system improvements.
• Stay current on company policies and employment requirements affecting People Operations.
• Escalate complex matters to HR partners with proper documentation.
• Serve as an employee advocate and contribute to a frictionless experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within People Operations.
