Job summary

ShipBob is seeking a Senior Merchant Implementation Manager to lead onboarding for new merchants, guiding the setup of ShipBob software and fulfillment services. You will coordinate with management on proactive solutions, address merchant needs, and ensure scalable, successful implementations.

You will work cross-functionally, configure integrations, train stakeholders, and drive adoption of core ShipBob features, with travel up to 20% within the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Merchant Implementation, Merchant Success, or a similar role.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% within the United States to support merchant onboarding, training, and relationship-building.
• Excellent Project Management skills.
• Experience with APIs, ERP and OMS systems.
• Experience with E-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento or WooCommerce is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: establish stakeholder communication, set deliverables and milestones.
• Consultation: review requirements and guide merchants through onboarding.
• Configuration: set up ShipBob solutions and standard integrations for merchants.
• Training: conduct tailored sessions and prepare reference materials.
• Adoption: drive use of ShipBob features by merchants.
• Travel: up to 20% travel as needed.
