Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist in Conyers, GA to monitor inventory control for all merchants at partner fulfillment centers. You will be the sole ShipBob onsite representative, partnering with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and drive scalable operations.

This role requires 2+ years ICQA in 3PL, proficiency with WMS, and the ability to work independently on-site. You will manage cycle counts, discrepancies, and 24-hour reconciliations while maintaining safety,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with ICQA in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• Experience using an RF Scanner preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on-site.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience with customers or vendors preferred.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor; ability to build rapport.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours; ability to bend, stoop, reach and push/pull as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes according to SOPs using partner resources.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and report significant issues to onsite managers.
• Perform location checks to ensure quality and reconcile variances within a 24-hour SLA.
• Determine root causes of adjustments and lead correction efforts.
• Audit inventory as requested by merchants within the site.
• Respond to merchant tickets around inventory issues within a 2-hour SLA.
• Escalate inventory concerns to leadership to improve day-to-day processes.
• Communicate updates to OSS Area Manager and leadership.
• Present weekly performance reports during business reviews with leaders.
• Ensure handling, storage, and distribution meet safety, quality, and legal standards.
• Follow SOPs, maintain traceability, and contribute to continuous improvement.
