Clean Harbors is seeking a Hazardous Waste Operations Manager for the Medical Waste Division to oversee all company activities and manage the InSite staff on the customer site. The role requires leading safety-focused operations and coordinating waste handling across the facility.

Responsibilities include managing onsite health and safety, tracking cradle-to-grave waste processes, and ensuring compliant packaging, transportation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years hazardous waste experience, healthcare preferred.
• Willing to get Hep B vaccination.
• Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsabilités

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by following safe work practices and policies.
• Manage and coordinate the onsite health and safety oversight for the customer's medical waste.
• Track facility-wide cradle-to-grave waste generation, storage and disposal with reports.
• Package waste properly to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Schedule transportation and disposal of outgoing medical waste as needed.
• Assist customers with data for the Generator's Annual Report and other reporting.
