The Cancer Center of Kansas (CCK) is seeking a full-time on-site Scheduler in Manhattan, KS. The role focuses on efficient patient scheduling, handling calls, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have strong data-entry skills, experience with medical terminology, and excellent customer service. Typical work hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or major holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in medical office settings preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages with priority and accuracy.
• Schedule patients in the electronic system per provider guidelines.
• Maintain accurate demographics, records, and preferred contact methods.
• Coordinate with clinic staff on schedule changes and referrals.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Support front-office tasks as needed.
