Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to support Workplace Health & Safety at Hebron, KY. You will provide first aid, guide on injuries, and help maintain safety standards on the floor.

The role requires EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer cert, BLS, and a High School Diploma. You will maintain records, assist in training, and coach on safe work habits while managing supplies and supporting emergency response protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EMT/Paramedic Certification or Athletic Trainer Certification.
• BLS certification required; obtain if not held within three weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and referrals to medical providers.
• Minimize injury risk through awareness and education.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on at-risk habits.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a safe environment.
• Assist with first aid, CPR, and AED training certifications.
• Support emergency response protocols and drug testing.
