Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to join the Workplace Health & Safety team. You will provide first aid, guide associates on injuries, refer to outside providers as needed, and help maintain OSHA-ready records on site.

You will work with the WHS Site Manager and Specialists, attend weekly safety meetings, support drug testing protocols, and contribute to a safe, health-focused environment across day and night shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification from an approved ECC provider; EMT or Paramedic certification; or Athletic Trainer certification.
• Preferred: ability to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training; proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with industrial wellness programs; knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and referrals to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift end reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on safe work practices.
• Maintain clean facilities and medical supply inventory.
• Participate in training for first aid, CPR, AED certifications.
• Maintain all first aid, CPR, AED credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response at the site.
