Job summary

Amazon in Murfreesboro, TN seeks an Onsite Medical Representative to provide first aid, safety coaching, and on-site health support for Associates. You will coordinate with WHS teams, manage care referrals, and maintain records while supporting safe operations on the floor.

The role requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification, and comfort with shift work including days, nights, and weekends. Training in CPR/AED and OSHA compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification or Athletic Trainer Certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers’ Compensation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and reference outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement with associates.
• Maintain all care records for Amazon Associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach associates and leadership on safe work practices.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean work environment.
• Facilitate first aid, CPR and AED training sessions.
• Support emergency response on site and during incidents.
