Job summary

Amazon in Murfreesboro, TN seeks an Onsite Medical Representative to deliver first aid, guidance on injuries, and on-site safety support. You will work with the WHS team, attend safety meetings, and coordinate care with external providers as needed.

Responsibilities include documenting care, coordinating workers’ comp, and maintaining medical supplies. The role requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials, and experience with OSHA rules and industrial wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current BLS certification and EMT/Paramedic or athletic trainer credentials are required.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and workers' compensation is preferred.
• Proficiency in digital recordkeeping and Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided and coordinate workers' compensation / return-to-work.
• Participate in training for first aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
• Support safety operations and assist with on-site emergencies.
