Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to join the Workplace Health & Safety team. You will provide first aid, guide associates on injuries, and coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes onsite.

The role requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certifications, high school diploma, and ability to work flexible shifts in a dynamic industrial setting. You will work with site managers and safety specialists to promote health and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; must hold EMT or Paramedic certification or Athletic Trainer certification.
• EMT/Paramedic certifications from Department of Health or NREMT; Athletic Trainer certification accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all care records for Associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach associates and leadership on safe work practices.
• Maintain medical supplies and environment.
• Complete first aid, CPR and AED training/certifications.
• Support variable shifts including days, nights, weekends.
• Assist with saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response on site.
