Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to support Workplace Health & Safety on site at Mt. Juliet, TN.

The role involves providing first aid, advising associates on injuries or illnesses, and coordinating care with outside providers while maintaining accurate records. You will participate in safety meetings, assist with drug testing protocols, manage supplies, and mentor others in first aid and CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from ECC or equivalent.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification from DOH or NREMT, or Athletic Trainer Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and referrals to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement of associates.
• Maintain care records and manage workers’ comp and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to coach on safety practices.
