Job summary

Amazon seeks an Onsite Medical Representative in Beloit, WI to provide first aid, assess injuries, and guide associates on safety and wellness. You will collaborate with the WHS team to ensure prompt care and proper documentation, while supporting injury prevention initiatives on site.

The role requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or athletic trainer certification, and strong recordkeeping with MS Office. It offers health benefits and a robust safety culture at the Beloit site.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma required.
• BLS certification required; EMT/Paramedic or athletic trainer cert.
• Certification to teach first aid/CPR/AED is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all records of care for associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach on observed at-risk work habits and safety compliance.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a safe work environment.
• Facilitate first aid, CPR and AED training as needed.
