Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to join the Workplace Health & Safety team at Beloit, WI. The role focuses on front-line medical care, safety guidance for associates, and coordination of workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.

You will conduct first aid, CPR, AED trainings, maintain records, and partner with site leadership to reduce injuries while ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• EMT or Paramedic certification required.
• Athletic Trainer certification preferred.
• Military medic experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize risk through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all care records for associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for injured associates.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership on the floor to coach on safety.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean working environment.
• Support training and certification for first aid, CPR and AED.
