Job summary

Amazon in Saint Peters, Missouri is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to join the Workplace Health & Safety team. You will provide first aid, support safety operations, and guide associates on injuries and illnesses.

You will work with WHS Site Manager and others, attend weekly meetings, coordinate workers' comp and return-to-work programs, and help maintain medical supplies. This role requires BLS and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer certification, and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through ECC provider.
• EMT or Paramedic certification required or equivalent.
• Active Athletic Trainer certification by BOC or State.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain records of care provided to associates.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with leadership to coach on at‑risk work habits.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and environment cleanliness.
• Participate in first aid/CPR/AED training and certifications.
• Maintain all first aid, CPR, AED credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols.
• Support emergency response on site when needed.
