Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety team seeks an Onsite Medical Representative in Indiana to provide first aid, manage injuries, and support safety operations on site. You will partner with site managers to guide associates on health and wellbeing, and coordinate care with external providers as needed.

The role emphasizes OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation, and maintaining medical records, with shifts that may include days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

Formación

• Current valid BLS certification and EMT or Paramedic certification.
• AHA/ARC First Aid, CPR and AED training/qualification required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize the AA risk of injury through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided to AAs.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return to work programs for AAs with work-related injuries.
• Provide daily activity logs and end of shift reports.
• Engage with AAs and leadership on operations floor to coach observed at‑risk work habits.
• Maintain a clean working environment and proper medical supply inventory.
• Participate in training and certification for first aid, CPR and AED classes.
• Maintain all first aid, CPR and AED credentials.
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Assist with random saliva drug testing protocols.
• Assist with medical emergencies and site emergency response.
