Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to join the Workplace Health & Safety team in Breinigsville, PA. You will provide first aid, guidance on injuries and illnesses, and refer to outside medical providers as needed.

You will maintain records, coordinate workers’ compensation, and support daily safety operations on site. The role requires BLS, EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials, and experience with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS and EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers’ Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to external providers when needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain care records for Associates (AAs).
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and shift end reports.
• Coach on safe work habits with leadership on the floor.
