Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) to join the Workplace Health & Safety team in Reading, PA. You will provide first aid, guide associates on injuries, and refer to external providers as needed, while supporting safety operations and training on CPR/AED.

Work involves coordinating workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs, maintaining records, and engaging leadership to coach safe work habits; flexible shifts may apply, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification; EMT or Paramedic credentials.
• Active Athletic Trainer certification may be required.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and workers' compensation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside medical providers as needed.
• Maintain care records and manage workers' compensation processes.
• Coach on safe work habits and observe at‑risk behaviors on the floor.
• Support on-site safety operations and training for CPR/AED.
• Handle shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
