Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) for our Carlisle, PA site to provide first aid, guidance on injuries, and support safety operations. You will coordinate workers’ compensation, maintain care records, and participate in safety meetings with the WHS team.

Required credentials include BLS, EMT or Paramedic, or Athletic Trainer certification. You will work flexible shifts and support ongoing training in first aid, CPR, and AED as part of a comprehensive safety program.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification from an approved provider is required.
• EMT or Paramedic certification from DOH or NREMT is required.
• Athletic Trainer Certification (BOC or state) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and referrals to outside medical providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education, coaching, and engagement with associates.
• Maintain care records and coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Deliver daily activity logs and shift end reports.
• Engage with associates and leadership to address at-risk work habits.
