Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a patient-facing Medical Receptionist for an onsite outpatient clinic. You will operate a multi-line switchboard, greet visitors, and manage logs while supporting routine inquiries and administrative tasks.

You will participate in the TB screening program as part of our patient care processes. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of medical reception experience, and knowledge of medical terminology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of medical reception experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with EMR systems (Electronic Medical Records).

Responsibilities

• Operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs.
• Greets visitors and manages visitor passes and logs; guides visitors as needed.
• Responds to routine inquiries about location, hours, phone numbers, and email address.
• Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms, mailing, and courier logistics.
• Role is patient-facing and participates in the TB screening program; TB screening may be required.
