Job summary

OccuMedX Group Inc. is seeking an Onsite Medical Partner (EMT or Paramedic) to provide immediate medical care on construction sites, stabilize patients, and coordinate transport when needed. The role includes safety walks, injury prevention training, health monitoring, and managing the onsite clinic's equipment and records.

You will work closely with the client project team to support safety objectives. A valid EMT/Paramedic license, BLS certification, OSHA 30 within 30 days, and ability to lift

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification is required.
• Active BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
• Minimum of three years in a pre-hospital or clinical environment preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction certification - must obtain within first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site emergency medical response and stabilization.
• Assess, treat, and coordinate transport for injured workers.
• Document medical assessments and treatments accurately.
• Lead injury prevention activities and safety education.
• Oversee workplace wellness activities and health screenings.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and manage medical supplies.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate with management.
• Support client project teams and partners.
