Job summary

Amazon is hiring an Onsite Medical Representative to deliver first aid, advise on occupational injuries, and coordinate workers’ compensation processes at a Tulsa site. You will conduct safety coaching, maintain records, and support emergency response as part of the WHS team.

Required are a high school diploma and BLS; EMT/Paramedic or Athletic Trainer credentials are preferred. Proficiency with MS Office and prior industrial wellness experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by an ECC provider.
• AND must have EMT or Paramedic Certification or NREMT; OR Athletic Trainer Certification.
• Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training by AHA or Red Cross.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with an industrial wellness program.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers Compensation.
• Last year experience as a Combat Medic / Field Medic / Healthcare Specialist / Hospital Corpsman / Aerospace Medical Service Technician.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and refer to outside providers as needed.
• Minimize injury risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all care records for associates.
• Coordinate workers’ comp and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach on observed at-risk work habits with leadership on the floor.
• Maintain medical supply inventory and a clean work area.
• Assist with first aid/CPR/AED training and certifications.
• Support emergency response during on-site incidents.
