Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. seeks a full-time Medical Assistant to join on-site at 1 Widger Road, Marblehead, MA 01945.

You will work 40 hours per week, 8:00am–5:00pm, one-on-one with a provider in a fast-paced outpatient setting, performing vital signs, specimen collection, and front-office tasks while ensuring patient comfort. Strong communication, phlebotomy competence, and EPIC/EMR experience are preferred, with 1–2 years MA experience and relevant

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting preferred.
• 1–2 years MA experience required.
• National MA Certification via AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT preferred.
• Epic experience in ambulatory/outpatient settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Show patients to examination rooms and prepare equipment for providers.
• Take vital signs, document information, and record measurements in the medical record.
• Explain procedures, medications, and instructions to patients; provide educational materials.
• Collect blood and other specimens; perform phlebotomy if competent.
• Maintain immunization inventory and administer vaccines as allowed by certification.
