Raytheon Technologies in Massachusetts is seeking a Mechanical Engineer II - Test Equipment for onsite work in Tewksbury/Andover. You will design, develop, document and maintain complex test environment systems for Raytheon products, focusing on vibration, thermal, hydraulic and RF test environments.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, at least two years of relevant experience, proficiency with CREO/ProE, and the ability to obtain interim secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or STEM.
• Two years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, design and develop mechanical test systems (vibration, thermal, hydraulic, RF, electro-optical) for production testing environments.
• Integrate and validate test systems against strict accuracy and reliability requirements.
• Evaluate production installations and recommend design modifications to prevent malfunctions.
• Support onsite manufacturing builds.
• Troubleshoot mechanical fixtures and provide root-cause corrective action.
