Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Massachusetts is seeking a Principal Test Equipment Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain complex test environments for Raytheon products, with emphasis on vibration, thermal, hydraulic, and RF systems.

This 100% onsite role requires a BS in Mechanical Eng, 8+ years of experience, CAD/CREO proficiency, and the ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance; relocation eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or STEM.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.
• US Citizen - ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex test environments for Raytheon products.
• Research, plan and implement mechanical test systems including vibration, thermal, hydraulic, RF, and electro-optical for production testing.
• Troubleshoot fixtures and perform root cause corrective action analysis and support onsite manufacturing builds.
