Job summary

Hoffman Construction Company seeks a Process Construction Manager to lead the Mechanical Team on large hi-tech projects in Boise, ID. You will coordinate with design professionals, clients, subcontractors, and craftspersons to ensure safe startup and commissioning of MEP systems.

The role requires five+ years of mechanical construction experience, proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit, Procore and MS Project, and the ability to work onsite at the project site in Boise.

Qualifications

• Five+ years mechanical construction experience required.
• Experience in industrial/hi-tech semiconductor projects preferred.
• Experience in live high-tech facilities essential.
• LEED AP or ability to become accredited within 18 months preferred.
• Education: engineering or construction management background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical team and subcontractors to maintain schedule.
• Coordinate MEP systems with civil/architectural elements.
• Lead on-site quality control and startup activities.
• Interface with Area Construction Managers and design team.
• Assist in estimating budgets and staffing for mechanical projects.
• Secure subcontractors and manage contracts and changes.
• Train client personnel on operations and maintenance of MEP systems.
