Hoffman Construction, a leader in technically complex, sustainable projects, seeks a Process Construction Manager to direct the mechanical team on hi-tech facilities in Boise, ID. The role focuses on coordinating MEP systems, leading startup activities, and partnering with design, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful commissioning.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of mechanical construction experience required.
• Experience in industrial/hi-tech semiconductor projects and live facilities.
• LEED Accredited Professional or ability to become accredited within 18 months preferred.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in engineering or construction management required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation work by subcontractors and ensure schedule adherence.
• Coordinate MEP systems with civil, architectural, and structural elements.
• Train clients' personnel in operations and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Lead startup meetings with multiple stakeholders to drive system start up activities.
• Review submittals for accuracy and function of MEP components.
• Serve as technical advisor at the onsite field office.
• Assist in estimating budgets and staffing for the mechanical team.
• Manage subcontractor contracts and modifications.
