Qualifications

• Lead all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout.
• Drive performance to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with client, design consultants, and trade partners.
• Oversee subcontractor buyout, contracts and performance tracking.
• Manage billing and schedule of values; generate monthly client billings.

Responsibilities
