Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years mechanical construction experience required.
• Industrial/hi-tech semiconductor projects preferred.
• Live high-tech facility experience required.
• LEED accreditation preferred or ability to obtain within 18 months.
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical engineering or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical subcontractors and manage budgets and staffing.
• Coordinate MEP systems with civil, architectural, and structural elements.
• Lead onsite mechanical quality control on large hi-tech projects.
• Run startup meetings with multiple stakeholders to drive MEP startups.
• Review submittals and RFIs for accuracy and applicability.
• Assist in estimating mechanical budgets and subcontractor buyouts.
• Secure procurement and contract modifications for mechanical scope.
