Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of mechanical construction experience.
• Degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent field work experience.
• Experience with industrial/hi-tech semiconductor projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical subcontractors’ installation to maintain schedule and support startup.
• Interpret construction documents and control sequences.
• Lead startup meetings with CM, design team, subcontractors, and owners to coordinate startups.
• Coordinate MEP systems with civil, architectural, and structural elements.
