Job summary

RTX is seeking a System Validation Engineer to transform legacy document-based processes into a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach for military and commercial engine programs. You will serve as the MBSE Test Architect, building a Cameo SysML model to enable digital test planning and execution throughout development campaigns.

The role requires a STEM degree, extensive engineering experience, and US citizenship for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Transform legacy systems engineering processes into a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach for engine programs.
• Serve as Test System Architect to build and deliver MBSE test models in SysML.
• Collaborate with design and validation teams to capture system functions in the Test System Model.
• Maintain and update the System Model as features evolve.
• Travel up to 10%.
