Job summary

RTX's Effectors Center is seeking a Senior Systems and Integration Engineer to design, develop, test and integrate systems for multiple programs. You will work across disciplines, model with Cameo, develop requirements, and prepare data for design reviews and test events.

This role requires a STEM degree and at least five years of Systems Engineering and/or Integration and Test experience, plus the ability to coordinate across engineering, finance, supply chain and quality; Top Secret clearance

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM degree and typically 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and Test.
• Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines including engineering, finance, supply chain, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and improve requirements and requirements documentation for development and production efforts.
• Lead and/or support integration and test activities.
• Lead and/or support design and system verification.
• Lead and/or support system performance analysis.
• Model the system and development/production processes using Cameo.
• Create and present technical data for design reviews and test events.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues with data analysis and debugging; participate in failure investigations.
• Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of test data to verify requirements.
• Lead and/or support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, and customer locations.
