Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Materials Handler in Seattle, WA. This onsite, full-time role involves receiving and processing shipments, organizing inventory, and restocking patient care areas with medical supplies.

The position supports a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime and flexible 8-hour shifts between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm PST. Responsibilities include meticulous verification of deliveries, accurate labeling, stock maintenance, and handling returns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver's license in the State of Washington.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of shipping/receiving experience preferred; healthcare-related materials experience is a plus.
• Experience in one-on-one customer service.
• Clean driving history.
• Ability to drive delivery vehicle.
• Ability to float as needed.
• Warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Label products and place them accordingly.
• Identify and locate right products during delivery process.
• Maintain stock and inventory records.
• Handle returns by completing required documentation.
• Maintain material handling equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
