Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Arlington, WA is seeking a Materials Handler to receive, process, and stock medical and non-medical supplies. This full-time, onsite role requires occasional overtime and flexibility across 6am–5pm shifts.

You will verify deliveries, label products, locate items, manage stock, and handle returns while maintaining equipment and preparing for patient care areas. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of experience in shipping/receiving and working with patient care supplies and equipment preferred; either in a central supply, surgery, or patient care area.
• Valid driver’s license in the State of Washington.
• Clean driver’s history.
• Willing to drive 20-foot box truck.
• Ability to float to our other 2 locations in Arlington and Everett as needed.
• Warehouse experience.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Flexibility to work 6am–5pm PST and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Labeling every product and placing them accordingly.
• Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process.
• Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory.
• Handling returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication.
• Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
