Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an onsite Warehouse/Distribution Associate in West Nyack, NY. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with shifts 8:00 am–4:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday.

You will manage supplies, maintain inventory, and support patient care operations while upholding HIPAA and safety standards. Key responsibilities include receiving, stocking, and distributing items, complying with all regulations, and providing reliable coverage across locations when needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid New York driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supply management: maintain inventory by ordering, receiving, unloading, stocking supplies.
• Promote a positive, professional work environment with colleagues, physicians and patients.
• Follow instructions and work independently on routine tasks.
• Attend trainings and comply with HIPAA, privacy, and safety policies.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and maintain DOSH/OSHA compliance.
